    with the film the screen becomes difficult to see in sunlight. i found it impossible to apply the film without bubbles, making the final result look very poor

    I bought this product with some reservation because I had read reviews complaining of dificulties with trapped air bubbles which were unsightly and impossible to remove. However I did not want the bulk of a glass or plastic protector.

    The protectors were supplied with a scaper to smooth on the film and so long as this is used to smooth the film from one side to the other keeping the leading edge raised from the screen there is no problem. There were what appeared to be minor bubbles but these disappeared overnight as the adhesive spead out smoothly.

    There is also a protector for the top display and at first glance you would not know they are fitted. They reduce glare outdoors and more importantly prevent scratches on the screens. Well worth the momey.
