It seems so hard to find in-car chargers that are compatible with a SetNav, not so much because there are not chargers out there but more because it is very hard to find their specifications or ratings. I took a chance with this Hama Model No. 00088474 mini-USB charger because it claimed it was for "Mobile Navigation". It works very well. It does not give its output current rating but it runs and charges my unit, which requires 1Amp+, without a problem. Recommended.

This Mini USB Charger failed to work at all; it was tried out on several Sat Nav devices but discharged the battery it was supposed to charge.

In view of the cost of returning it (not worth it), I have purchased another one from another source.

This is unusual for my online purchases from Amazon but I will think twice about buying any similiar items online (or it's other providers) in future.

I use this to replace the original Tomtom cable and it's just perfect. The cable is about 1.5m so more than enough length. No problem to charge a Tomtom (One) with it. Thanks.

I bought this last year to replace my broken TomTom (One V2) charger and the succession of poor quality chargers I have bought since.

It has a long, straight lead (please note, not coiled as another reviewer suggests) and the build quality is very good. It gets daily use, has survived numerous crash landings onto my dashboard and still looks as good as the day I received it. I also use it for charging my Jabra bluetooth headset.

An excellent buy for around the third of the price of a replacement charger from TomTom.

1st off - it wasn't made by Hama (No branding).

Lead is uncoiled but not quite as long as 1.5m - only just reaches from middle armrest to dash. Plastic around USB end is starting to split, and 12v socket doesn't fit very well.... pops out when going over bumps (Wedged in with a lolly stick).

Does the job though and works ok. A bit of glueing required, and it should last a bit longer - Ok for the money I suppose. You get what you pay for (Noticed it's dropped from £4.99 so better value for money)
