Ironing Paper. Place the ironing paper on top of your design. Use a household iron to fuse/melt the beads together to create a permanent design. Apply the iron to the ironing paper for just a few seconds using smooth, circular movements. Never hold the iron completely still. After having applied the iron for a short period, the colour of the beads will suddenly be more clearly visible through the ironing paper; this means that the ironing is finished. Do not overheat the beads. After a few minutes to cool off, you remove the design from the pegboard. You will get best results if you press it under e.g. a book until it is completely cooled off.

This stuff is basically grease proof paper. If you've already bought a Hama bead set that came with paper, don't waste your money buying extra because it is re-useable. Having said that, if you use it a *LOT* like I have, it does obviously get worn after ironing over it time and time again. I'd recommend only purchasing if you've already over used what comes with the sets.

We are massive hama fans in our house, hence the high rating - my children love them, and I am a childminder and so it makes a great activity with all ages - even if the younger ones just get to handle and sort the beads.
However here's a tip - once you have used any papers that come with a hama starter kit and need to replace - you need only buy a roll of standard greaseproof baking paper in the supermarket and these sheets really are a waste of money!!
