These are simpley fab. The cloth is great for removing dust and finger marks from lenses etc. Best of all, it comes in a handy plastic flip top case so when not in use, it is not picking up lint, dust and grit etc from the bootom of your pocket or kit bag. Buy a couple to keep in your car, coats and bags. Very good value for money and a product that works.

A very neat little product. The container for the cloth keeps the latter very clean and means it can be easily located in its own little pocket in a camera bag.

I purchased this Hama highly compact Microfibre cleaning cloth to fit in my camera case and I mostly use it to remove any dust or fingerprints on the camera body prior to storing it in the case, as I use my camera in some very dusty and dirty atmospheres and I do not want to contaminate my camera case with dust or grease that will build up over a long period, as once the case gets contaminated there will be no way to remove the dirt and we all know that when things get to that stage you will be taking the camera out of the case dirty before you start using it.

This cloth comes with its own case and is extremely compact as the case is only about the length of your thumb and oval in shape (63 x 32mm Max), this is of course optimum as you never seem to have enough space in your bag. The cloth itself is approx 150 x 150mm and is a high quality material that will not scratch your camera, I have used the term Microfibre as the manufacturers have in their description of the cloth, but the cloth is actually a very high quality cloth that can be used to clean any camera, viewfinder and LCD display screen.

I think this cleaning cloth is a high quality compact cleaning solution for anyone on the move where space is a premium, with this cloth to keep your camera body clean and the likes of the Hama lens cleaning pen to maintain the optimum visual clarity of your lenses you are fully equipped to keep your camera in peak condition while on the move, highly recommended for use on the move to clean quality camera's and good value for money.

Firstly, the Microclean cloth is 155mm x 155mm, not 180mm x 160mm as stated in the Technical Specifications.
It is supplied in a plastic flip-top case slightly larger than your thumb so it is very easy to slip in your pocket or camera bag. The cloth seems to clean dust and small marks away with total ease and does not leave any streaks behind. The only problem is that as it's so small it will get dirtier much quicker, otherwise it's a good product to have with your camera at all times.

Supprised by just how small the case is, its smaller than a TicTac case! The cloth inside is also pretty small, adequate for lenses, but probably too small for anything else. I thought that the cloth would have been more 'static', like a microfibre cloth, but maybe its not supposed to be. Still works reasonably well and the case is very handy for keeping it clean and dust free.

When I saw this on the website I got the impression it was a large cloth that would swallow up the camera. The reality is that it is very small - about half the size of a handkerchief! It does the job though & so far has been used to clean both my camera & laptop screen. The container is small & easy enough to fit into even the smallest camera cases so can be taken anywhere without concern.

It claims to be washable although I haven't tried it yet.

Overall a good product that does the job of gently cleaning screens & lenses without leaving any trace of fibres.

I bought this to use with my camera lenses and it has been ideal.

The size is perfectly adequate for that purpose, more than necessary if anything, and the cloth itself is well made, with not a single excess fibre or sign of falling apart (I've had it several months now). I will say I have owned softer feeling cloths, but this is still very good quality, and it cleans well.

The case lid is its only weakness. The case itself is sturdy, neat and compact, and makes a lot of sense as it protects the cloth. However, the lid is attached by a very tenuous strand of plastic that while still (barely) intact, feels ready to break any day now. You have to be very careful with it.

That being said, when folded right (which by default it is upon arrival), the cloth will remain in the case, even when held upside down, so it's not actually necessary. But It is a lapse in the overall high quality of this product non the less.

Seemed like a good idea, clean cloth in a dust free container. Before using on anything on my camera, I used it on a new filter. What a mistake, the filter was instantly covered in tiny fibres, had to use a brush and puffer to get them off and it took took ages. The filter showed a haze marks on the one surface I cleaned with this cloth. Absolute disaster. So glad I did not touch this on one of my lenses. Tried washing it, but it mad matters worse, tried on my glasses this time, same problem the glass was covered in tiny fibres which only came off with running water under a tap. Total waste of money. You get what you pay fo, lesson learned.
