The book that came with my James Halogen oven was a bit wooly with detail to say the least so I purchased this book and it is excellent but could have been a bit thicker for more ideas but it does put you on the right track. I tried the roast chichen with all of the veg thrown in with it and it turned out very good. I shall try other recipes over the summer months whilst out in the caravan.

This book is easy to understand and the instructions are easy to follow.Since having my halogen oven I have not used my gas cooker at all, very easy to see if the food is cooking okay and not burnt.Even my boys use it and find it easy to use. Cheese on toast is quick to cooked. Roasts taste better and are cooked evenly. Most of the food that I have cooked looks like the pictures in the book. Like it alot. Made the beef wellington for a dinner party and all loved it. Would recommend this book.
