The halogen bulbs were in one piece and very well packed - so the packing has been sorted, especially as this is Christmas post.
HOWEVER, they are too long for my 1200W Halogen heater. There are no lengths given in the product description so I assumed there was only one type - not so. The description needs improvement.

I received this item in a jiffy bag 2 of the 3 tubes were broken they are too delicate to be posted this way without some stiffer protection

The replacement part itself was ideal. However, there were supposed to be 3 replacements bulbs in the pack but although they were well packed, one of the bulbs was broken on delivery. I called the company to explain. They were very apolgetic and promised a full refund as there were none left in stock, Four weeks on, still no sign of any refund or explanation.

Halogen heater tubes
These halogen heater tubes are the most economical I have used. At only 400 watts each they give out a very good amount of heat.
I would recommend them to anyone.

heater tubes
These tubes do not fit the heater as claimed although it is suggested they are often bought together. Perhaps the cheap heater is a poor investment

A little lightweight but quite well made. I would have preferred the one illustrated with the handle at the top, much safer for arthritic hands. Read more

Wrong size bulbs
I'm not a happy bunny as the bulbs are to small for my Indigo halagen heater. I have asked for a refund!

spare bulbs
Bought these replacement bulbs with the heater as they can be hard to find on the supermarket shelf. Will be useful in the future as the bulbs on the heaters can go after a while
