Excellent book with easy instructions,

Please note this is the same book that Paul Brodel, the author, is selling on one of the shopping channels claiming it has been written for the "Cookworks" halogen oven the only difference is the cover so don't make the same mistake as I did and ordered the same book twice.
It is a nicely laid out book with a picture of the finished item on the left hand page and instructions on the right. It is spiral bound so it conveniently lies flat. The instructions also give hints on using the recipes in a conventional oven but there is not much detail about this. All of the recipes are easy to follow and we particularly liked the Spicy Meat Loaf however read all of the way through before you make it as cayenne pepper is only mentioned in the instructions and not the ingredients list. In all there are 12 starters, 32 main courses and 7 deserts a good selection.

Little or no instruction came with my oven, and adapting normal recipes or procedure was just guesswork. This book has recipes tailored for the halogen oven. Instructions are simple, clear and concise. The recipes I have tried have turned out well. The ring binder format is excellent.

Book is absolutely fantastic; great recipes and really easy to follow.
There are a few cook books for these ovens now but the ones I have looked at have been normal oven recipes with the timing and temperature changed; this book actually has recipes specifically tailored for halogen ovens. Everything I tried has come out great. There is one BIG problem though and that is Amazon have no stock of this item and cannot say when they will get any; although the price looks good it is really too good to be true. Click on the new and used link and you find a company called TEAM they have stock and it will be with you in a couple of days.
