Yes it would be. i would suggest using cotton wool balls underneath. The layering ontop, must be applied smoothly and allow time to dry before adding color etc

hiya katie ive done a full practice with this for the off with ur head look and there is still loads left in bottle it will defiantly do the cut again and i reckon a few scars :-) i layer the latex then use a stripe of kitchen roll i must of layered it 10 times i hope this helps

It's ok to put makeup like foundation straight on top, but if you want to take a bit of the shine off then powder is ok, i've tried both ways and each is ok.

Possibly, it takes a while to dry and peeling it off it fairly painful

Yes, place the horns where you want them and put latex around the edges of the horns and let it dry and they will stay in place until you want to remove them by simply pulling the latex of!
