* "Hall Of Fame" takes its cue from Kent's recent initial volume of George Jackson's Fame recordings by focusing on material that has never been issued before. Of the 24 tracks featured here, only three have been out previously - and none of those three has ever been on CD.
* The superb music spans almost a decade in the life of FAME studios. Among the featured artists can be found many of the most famous names in 60s Southern soul, as well as several collector favourites that, but for the lack of a decent-sized hit, could have been just as famous.
* Several of the songs are widely associated with other Fame artists, but you will have never heard them as you will hear them here.
* The quality of the music is matched by a booklet that contains many previously unpublished photographs and copious, information-filled annotation.
