Our sea salt company began with a small saucepan of beautifully clean Welsh sea water on our Aga. The saucepan may be a little bigger nowadays, but our principles remain the same. We are a family-run business, and each flake of our exquisite sea salt is harvested by hand. Our 10 g variety pack is the perfect gift for a food-lover, containing our Pure Sea Salt, Sea Salt with Organic Celery Seeds, Sea Salt with Organic Spices, Sea Salt with Tahitian Vanilla and Sea Salt Smoked over Welsh Oak.
Ingredients
Halen Mon Anglesey Sea Salt in all. Celery Salt contains: Celery seeds, Spiced salt (Peppercorns, coriander, tumrmeric, paprika, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper and cloves). Smoked contains: Oak Smoke, Vanilla contains vanilla

the salt is indeed very aromatic and has a good taste but forget sprinkling these flakes of salt on you're food as they are just way to big you will need to grind them down a bit first, I used a pestle and mortar to do so if you don't you will only get a hand handful of uses out of each container.
