The main feature of the Hailo Mini steps is, as the name suggests, that they fold up to a very compact size. These lightweight yet strong stepladders are diminutive enough to be stowed away in even the smallest of places, an advantage if you live in a home where storage space is at a premium or only have a small work space.
The Hailo Mini steps are just 58 cm tall and do not have a top handrail, so they can easily slide under a work top. The stepladders, which are white with black treads, also measure just 4 cm thick when folded, so they can even be stored in the gaps between cupboards and the washing machine in the kitchen or the drier in the laundry.
The steps are large and covered with non-slip mats. The feet are covered with non-skid plastic and offer full-surface contact--factors which provide maximum stability and help to ensure that the stepladder won’t slip out from under you while you work. A plastic carry handle is fitted to the top. The stepladders also feature a hinge-locking mechanism, so that they cannot inadvertently collapse.

Excellent little step ladder and ultra slim..... just be careful when closing it not to close it on your fingers. The first time I closed it I snapped it shut on my fingers, which really hurt. Since them I have learnt to close it the proper way, which is quit easy once you realise how.

Bought these steps for the car so that we could get the bikes on the roof. Absolutely brilliant, they are flat so fit perfectly under suit cases in the boot. Also, lock in place when using them so feel sturdy and safe.

Ideal for use in the kitchen and their compact size means they can be stored easily in an otherwise unused gap - most steps are bulkier and unwieldy. You just need to spend a few seconds learning how to close the steps using the convenient carrying handle and the little red lever... Currently a good price compared with that at a well known high street retailer.
