This book is a mini weight loss bible with all the info in concise form. Author is a celebrity trainer and has shared all the vital info about losing weight in the form of a story. Highly recommended.

Still perpetuates the myth that to lose weight we need to avoid foods. Eg thin people avoid these foods. This is untrue. They just eat less of them, or balance their intake. This will not help people to maintain weight loss ( unless they are into a life of denial) or contribute to their having a healthy relationship with food. I would avoid as there are many more helpful books written to help people struggling with overeating.

The only weight loss book you will ever need. This book explains that how it is possible to eat well and at the same time get skinny and healthy.
The author challenges you to adopt 7 skinny women habits for 6 weeks. Following those habits since two weeks I have already lost 6 pounds and feel a lot better.
