Exercise is my positive habit. The book showed me having the best ones leads to a more productive life. I love dogs and when I get one and would like to include my pet in my routine. My son always ask to do yoga so I need to make this a special time for us to bond and get our bodies toned and in balance, My bad habit of smoking is hard to kick. I am not a chain smoker but I do it at least twice a week. Thanks to this book I believe I can break the hold cigarettes have on me.

I always associated the world habit with something bad, something you had to break, like chewing your nails or smoking. This book talks about good habits too and how they are good for you. It also gives you tips on how to break any bad habits you might have. Very interesting book full of facts.

I have really enjoyed reading this ebook, it has some insightful information that I think everyone can benefit from. Its very true that our dad to day habits can seem insignificant or unimportant but they actually can play a huge role in our lives. So why not create very small but good habits in our lives that can/will make a huge difference in our future. This book really helps you achieve that and I personally an using this book for personal success in all areas of my life, my career, my body and my relationships.

This book explores habits all humans have and how to deal with them. It takes a look at the bad habits we might have and how to conquer them. It also explains what are good habits that lead to a successful live and how to develop them. The first chapter discusses how to form good habits and relates techniques that allow you to complement your goals. Chapter two discusses the top 100 best habits to have that can lead to happiness and success and include eating right, exercising, fostering spirituality and being optimistic. It talks about habits that increase productivity and keeping the work space tidy, making lists and loving your job. With all the suggestions in the book, you should be able to find many good habits to adopt. The book also tells you how to break bad habits with techniques that really work including setting goals and time frames for completion, and being realistic. The author explores gut feelings, looking at all possibilities and learning from mistakes. This book contains common sense methods of creating and breaking habits so you can move on to be the best person you can be.

I must say, the author has done a really good job in composing this book. It contains a lot of information about the different ways of improving your habits, say physical/mental health, work/home productivity, financial or eating habits. Also, you can find several tips that will help you in getting rid of any kind of bad habits that you may possess. The book is very well written and flows smoothly from beginning to end. I have already made a plan for replacing some of my bad habits with some good ones. Buy this book today, I am sure you will enjoy reading it.
