Amazon Verified Purchase
I was impressed with the sample photographs in Amazon site and because the price looked too good I ordered immediately (during Dec'11) and got the item delivered in about 4 days. It came in a nice pack and in no time I was able to make out the workmanship and the quality of material used in the watch. The bracelet was quite big and I had to remove 6 links to fit my wrist (paid £8 to a local watch repairer for this). It has the looks of an expensive, classy and prestigious watch and keeps 'excellent time' which is most important. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a high quality decent looking watch for an extremely reasonable price.

H&C had originally started as a Swiss company however it has been bought over by a Chinese company and the watches are now manufactured in China and hence they no more print 'swiss made' in the watches. You can do your research about the pedigree and the current ownership but I doubt if that has impacted the quality of the watch any bit. I don't know why they are selling for so less (almost 1/5th the RRP) but who cares... go for it till stock lasts.

One addition: the dial colour is not beige, it's white. See the picture I uploaded. But I think it's still very good looking, especially the one in rose gold.
