The HMDX Fusion Headphones are wireless, so it makes it really easy for me to use them in the car since my old banger only has a radio and cassette tape, which usually makes driving to and from work a bit of a bore. Not any more though, with these fancy headphones.

I find them easy to use with my iPod, just connect and away you go. The controls for the headphones are on the right. This did take a bit of getting use to, if I am honest, as you have to feel your way around whilst driving - but once I got the hang of where the controls were - with a bit of practice - I became a pro. And with the built in microphone I can even make phone calls and share music wirelessly with colleagues and friends.

They say you get 6 hours wireless play, but I feel it is less. Maybe more like 4, before the sound gets quieter. However, this is not a problem for me, my car journeys are never that long and I (more than often) find myself at a destination where I can charge up the headphones for the return journey, should I need to. Charger not needed - just a lead that plugs in to the headphones where the other end is a USB.

Cool and trendy looking. Comfortable on the ears and very handy - folds down to fit into smaller spaces - like my overcrowded handbag or glove compartment. Sound quality is good too. No serious complaints. Comes recommended by me. I'm jamming along now...

PACKAGING
=========
I actually thought they were well packaged for the price. The type of packaging that doesn't look too bad as a gift.

BLUETOOTH
=========
Really easy to setup. Paired with laptop in seconds and my iphone with ease. I thought I'd mention it, as normally a review will state if there have been difficulties. In this case there were none.

DESIGN
======
I quite like the design. They are not Beats by Dr. Dre (Solo HD) RED Edition On-Ear Headphones - Red but they're not Dr Beats price. Construction is plastic with foam ear pads. They rest on the ear rather than cover.
One thing though, you are able to fold these headphones. It doesn't save space and they don't fold to a pocket size. They simply fold.

SOUND
=====
Adequate. Not at all too tinney or too base-y. I remember having a set of wireless headphones some years ago, and as soon as you moved or turned your head they hissed. These give uninterrupted clear sound.

BATTERIES
=========
They are rechargeable and include the charger. I managed to get over 5.5 hours before they needed a further charge.

RECOMMENDED
===========
They are ideal for the house or car.

Wireless is certainly the way to go when listening to your tunes on the go or stationary (provided your player is Bluetooth compatible). I hate getting the wire tangled and having to tuck it away when I am done. I even remember having some weird battery-powered laser device back in the mid-90s when listening to my tunes in bed. The power on this modern pair is rechargable.

I did like the sound from these headphones, as they had a good kick when it came to the bass, but they look pretty naff and I don't like the cushion design of the muffs or the adjustable strap (I have a very large head). It is claimed that you get 6 hours life out of it, but I found it to be closer to about 3 at full volume (not sure if that makes a difference).

They come in a very sturdy plastic box instead of the usual blister packs, which I thought was a nice alternative. A lovely little pouch is included inside the box. It's just a shame that the headphones within are not that pleasing to the eye. For the price I would still suggest that they are worth buying and will certainly meet average expectations.

These headphones come packaged in a thick plastic box with tin lids on either end, to get them out you have to remove the tape, remove each tin lid and then untwist the wire holding the headphones in. Not exactly the most streamlined packaging, but for this price it's passable.

Design / feel.
The headphones themselves look fine, but with an element of cheapness about them. The white layer of outer rubber is nice but from then on it's cheap plastic with 12 visible screws shining at you and a metal adjustable strip that is almost impossible to adjust when you've got the headphones on. The pads are thin and don't offer much padding at all, with the tautness of the overall design (even at full extension) forcing them onto your ears which is very uncomfortable. In fact, I'd probably say that these are some of the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever owned. The current photo Amazon have is wrong as well, the pads are smaller than that, grey and thicker.

Connection.
You hold down the power button to turn on, then continue holding until it bleeps and flashed, showing it's attempting to connect and beep when connected successfully.
They connected to my MacBook Pro fine and played uninterrupted for a few minutes and then I experienced skipping and crackling noise which was so bad I just couldn't sit through a whole track, saying this I am hesitant to completely lay blame on the Jam Fusions as this could be in part a problem with my MacBook.
They connected to my iPad fine, and I can be in another room and they still maintain connection.

Features.
The buttons are oddly placed. On the left are < and > tracks, but they are situated above each other, which actually makes changing track a bit easier only having to move your finger down.
