**This review refers to styluses purchased from Amazon seller WorhBuying, March 2009**
These styluses are advertised as a genuine HTC product. They arrived, individually packaged, by Advanced Accessories. This wouldn't bother me but for the fact that they don't fit securely into the handset like the original HTC ones do, so I am constantly worried that I'll lose them.

In contrast to the earlier review, my pack of three stylus arrived in original HTC packaging - always a pain to get into.
However I bought at the higher price - and they arrived today (the day the price was reduced).
Yes they don't seem to fit perfectly, but this seems pretty much the same as the original stylus - it is the magnetic tip that makes the contact that keeps it firmly in place.
In short, a perfectly adequate stylus (it saves me having to use a pen!) for this equipment. Incidentally, I bought from Amazon itself not from a reseller.
