I got my S620 on my contract with BT and kept it for just over three years. I was offered an upgrade after the first 18 months of usage and I declined as I felt that the phone was absolutely perfect for me. The whole unit is windows based which certainly helps to make the user experience a much more relaxed one than usual. The home screen layout is good and easy to use (if memory serves me correctly there are 9 or 10 different layouts and styles to choose from) providing instant access to: phone, text, email, contacts and internet explorer. The web browser itself works well with most sites and has the option to download Adobe Flash Player which allows you to use Youtube which is really great! However, it did struggle in loading pages with higher content levels and animation.

The phone was perfect for waht I wanted to do: check emails, text etc and the full qwerty keyboard just speeds everything up. After having had such a great experience with this HTC, I am certainly making them my first port-of-call whilst a search for a replacement!
