Decent value really, and it holds more charge than the battery that came with my phone... but that's not saying much!
(The story behind that is my Desire only held charge for 14 hrs max, with average use, and from long initial charges and run-flats, and with non-essential background data/connectivity turned off etc. I spoke to Vodafone, who I got it directly from, and said I can only think it's a dodgy battery as friends with desires can get 24hrs easily with similar use. Vodafone were actually really helpful, once I'd pushed the point, and said I could just get a new battery, take the receipt to the local Vodafone shop, get them to verify it all, and they'd refund me the money. They did. Interestingly no high street phone shops sold the batteries at all so I had to get it online... which was always going to be cheaper anyway. I now get 24 hrs out of the phone now with moderate/normal use, 36 with light, and maybe 12/15 with heavy use. You'd probably get 48 hrs with minimal use.)

Seems to be exactly the same as the one that shiped with my phone, rather then an unbranded copy :o)

I order items off Amazon frequently- at least once a week, and never have I had such an unpleasant experience both with the product as well as the seller's customer service. Initially, everything was fine. I ordered the battery, it was delivered quite promptly, and everything seemed to work quite well. After using the battery for about 3 weeks however, it stopped charging, and the notification light blinked red and green if I tried to turn the phone on or if I tried to charge it. I contacted customer service, and here is the exact message I received:
hi there im sorry but we only allow 14 days if there was a problem you should have emailed us before not after 1 month sorry
Not helpful, to say the least. I understand that the 14 day rule applies to products that appear faulty when received. What has happened here is almost fraud. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them anymore.

Good battery
Replacement battery for my HTC Desire-seems to work well, looks genuine.No problems so far and cheap.Holds the charge much better than my original 2 year old one.

not genuine but good battery
Good battery and cant complain, but it isn't genuine HTC!!! Its so poorly wrapped in a sticker that one look tells you it isnt HTC. Still, battery works and i'd buy again
