This is an ideal home shredder. It shreds up to 5 sheets at a time, in the 'confetti' style. If you're expecting confetti size pieces, you'll be disappointed, but if you're expecting bits of a couple of centimetres in size as shown on the box, then you'll be quite happy! This replaced an old and weary shredder that only shredded into thin strips so this is a definite improvement for us. I am very impressed with this shredder - it doesn't jam like my previous one. It is also easy to see how full the bin is and is obviously easy to empty - my old one the top kept falling in and the top was actually quite heavy. I was concerned as there are a couple of not so favourable reviews around but I have absolutely no regrets and would recommend this shredder. It is excellent value for money and a must for personal security in today's society.

This is a great shredder. It cuts the paper into what it calls "Particles" these are just over an inch long and will keep the identity fraudsters busy for a while. Its sturdy and can cut 5 pages at a time. It does the job.

The shredder arrived today. Well packed and exactly as described.
It certainly looks and feels substantial and strong. The cutter-roller is fairly formidable to look at and appears to be very, very strong !
I've been shredding old bank statements, and it handled the job perfectly well (and, yes, it can handle the 5 sheets that it claims. And staples)
All in all, i'm extremely happy with my decision to buy it.

Not up to standard
The shredder is supposed to take up to 5 sheets. It struggles and sometimes jams with only two. Clearing the jams is awkward and diffcult. Read more

cross cut shredder
Product is great but does not have a british plug and the one supplied did not fit the lead on the shredder. So be prepared - you won't be able to use it!!!!!!!!!!!

Good shredder
Product works well, delivery was quick. Just have to make sure you don't let the shredded paper bin get too full as that can interfere with shredding process.

prompt delivery the machine struggled to pull 3 sheets through could not pull 5 through would not even pull card or till receits through got on to company and they sorted it thanks
