The item did not work - it was an urgent birthday present so this was extremely disappointing; a simple check before sending it would have determined this. Not only that but I sent it back via recorded delivery at a cost of £6.70 (the amount requested by the post office) and the seller had the cheek firstly to ignore my emails requesting a refund of postage and then, quote: "How would you suggest i refund you? As this cannot be done via amazon. Also, the item only costs £2.50 to post, so why are you asking for £6.70?"!! - because that's how much it cost me!
And finally, he says that he can only refund £2.50 via a paypal account so presumably it's tough if I don't have one. What a rip off. This bloke can't fail - just keep sending out your faulty item until someone can't be bothered to send it back. NB I have given it 1 star because you can't give zero stars!

The HP iPAQ hx2110 - Pocket PC performs really well. For a second hand purchase it is very clean, and all functions are working. It was originately purchased with the intention of being able to read books on the move so to speak. I realise that this little item can do much more.
