As others have pointed out, the word "Photo" in the product description is incorrect - the seller really should correct that. This is HP Superior Paper Glossy, which is designed for marketing materials and the like. It is not intended as a normal photo paper, although it does work very will with mixed text and photos as in a brochure for example. It would perhaps help if HP's naming of their different paper types and qualities were a little more straightforward, too.
For its intended purpose however this paper is fantastic, and I've been looking for some more of this for quite a while now as HP seem to have discontinued it. It's a heavier weight (180gsm) glossy paper which soaks ink up far less than standard inkjet paper, giving crisper results and more vibrant colours. It's a good weight for promotional materials, and a colourful poster on this stuff will really stand out next to the same thing on plain. It can be printed on both sides and I find it particularly good for CD & DVD inserts.
You will have to pick a suitable paper type in your print dialogue - hopefully there will be a "Brochure, glossy" or similar option, otherwise you might have to experiment a bit. Normal plain paper setting will tend to put too much ink on, and since it is less absorbent you may find it needs a little drying time before handling to avoid smudging.
All in all though, when used for the correct purpose, this paper can produce some outstanding results.
