I am very dissapointed in this product. Set up was far from easy, plugging in and removing USB cables, setting up HP accounts, email addresses, and I'm pretty computer literate.
The paper feeder is tiny compared to my previous Canon printer, and not easy to get paper straight. It's possible to feed it straight onto the floor, something I've done several times now. I'm not a big user but I feel I'm forever putting paper in.
I didn't expect automatic duplex printing, but I did expect to be able to set it as an option in print properties - no such luck there is NOTHING useful you can adjust.
I have yet to get the scan to PC to work wirelessly, but I will keep trying.
Plus sides , the wireless works ok for printing, and print quality is good, but it is on everything these days.
So if very infrequent printing of single sided A4 is what you're after, then I'd still avoid this like the plague and buy a Canon.
