A lot of previous reviewers have had problems with these cartridges - for example, slow delivery, suspect authenticity, suspected re-filled cartridges, out of date stock and so on. One common denominator seems to be that they have bought them from third party suppliers trading through Amazon market place. I bought mine directly from Amazon and I'm pleased I did. They were genuine HP. They were new stock with a long expiry date (December 2013). They came with lightening speed. And, at the time I bought them, they were the cheapest on line anywhere. For the record (and after a bit of research) the capacity of the different sizes of HP 364 cartridges are as follows: standard black 6ml (250 pages); standard colour 3ml (300 pages); XL black 13ml (550 pages); XL colours 6ml 750 pages). I have no reason to think this combo pack contains anything less than the standard size cartridges

cartridges arrived promptly and in good condition but when i checked them they were out of date. i contacted seller who told me to return them with a freepost address in original envelope. they replaced cartridges by return post but i had the inconvenience of having to wait a week longer for ink and i needed to print. firm should be checking dates before despatch.

I WANTED TO REVIEW THIS AS ZERO STARS!! BUT THE AMAZON REVIEW SYSTEM MAKES YOU SELECT AT LEAST ONE!
The order from IJT took well over a week to arrive; in fact it was almost 2 weeks since first placing the order! And when It did come, it was NOT what was pictured, (which is 4 standard cartridges of normal size!).
What arrived was a 'Value Pack' with 4 small cartridges - exactly like the starter cartridges you get with the printer when new - and some 4x6 paper.
However, the real joke was that I WAS SENT WATER DAMAGED STOCK! Inside the plastic outer shell, the cardboard packaging was COMPLETELY SOAKED and the cartridges were starting to leak. To add to that - as other reviewers have said, THE CARTRIDGES WERE OUT OF DATE!
This is a completely shoddy company, trying to get your easy money by passing of on you, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!
I am willing to send photographs of this damage to anyone that requests them. So in essence: Would I recommend this Amazon Seller, (IJT Direct)? NO! Would I buy again from IJT Direct Ltd? NO!
Save yourself some hassle; buy from other sellers that may charge a bit more but actually send what you ordered, in a decent timeframe, and send quality goods!

short use time?
This last order of HP364 has lasted only about four weeks as I only ordered them in April. Usually they last two to three months as I do little colour printing. Read more
