I hate pointless stickers on things! Even worse is when you've carefully and patiently peeled off a sticker, avoiding any damage to the item, only to be left with that awful sticky sticker residue that gets 'baked' onto your item like chicken fat on an oven tray. This wondrous liquid gets rid of it, all of it - and it seems to do it without causing its own damage to the original item! I tried it on particularly resilient residue left by a barcode sticker on a book-jacket, half-thinking it would melt off all the printing ink too - but it didn't, only the sticker residue was removed leaving the jacket undamaged.
There is a catch, there had to be, and it's the smell - you might find you get rid of one headache (the sticker and associated residue) only to get another caused by inhaling the fumes this stuff gives off. It reeks. However the smell dissipates quickly and doesn't seem to taint the item you use it on. There's also a warning on the label that the contents aren't entirely eco-friendly, but there's enough in this 250ml bottle to last for years as you only need a couple of drops, so maybe that's some compensation? I've tried various home-remedies in the past for removing stickers cleanly and some work some of the time but this stuff seems to work on all stickers all of the time. If you can hold your breath for the time it takes to use it then it's highly recommended for sticker-phobics!
