Simply cuts, chops, grinds, and mixes, for great tasting food! The Herb Wizard is a fun and quick way to make all sorts of salad dressings, spicy meat rubs for roasts or herby marinades for fish. Simply put your favourite herb into the container and then rotate the handle back and forth - this takes the strain off your hand. The stainless steel rolling blade can chop different fresh and dry herbs, and the grinder gear can grind a variety of spices, peppercorns and salt. By adding liquids such as oil, cream or vinegar with your herbs or spices you can make your favourite dressing and serve it straight from the container or cover and freeze. bought this to chop up herbs from my garden to store from the winter, shouldn't have bothered. The blades are completely blunt so all you end up doing is moving the herbs around the bowl.
Glad i didn't pay the full price (£30ish) for it. Gone back to using a knife.

This product has some serious flaws. The grinder for herbs has got it's blades to far apart so any stuff you try to chop gets stuck in between the blades. The actual grinder wheel is made of a kind of material that cannot grind anything apart from itself.
On a brighter note, I had already sent a complaint. The supplier replied very quickly and refunded me without any delay. That is excellent service and as far as I'm concerned, I would still purchase any item from them as I'm sure that if there are any problems with the product supplied, they will rectify this without delay.
