I am a huge Hellraiser fan from 1 - 3 including the straight to DVD Bloodline, Inferno and Hellseeker. Hellraiser: Deader wasnt as bad as this one though. Hellworld attempts something! reducing Doug Bradleys screen time to accomodate a crap story, the worst acting I have seen in years and an ending which makes you feel cheated. Lance Henricksen is a brilliant actor when given a good script but even his presence cannot save this film. Dimension Films have demonstrated that they dont give a toss about this important franchise after the poorly executed Deader and this one. Doug Bradley's Pinhead has gone all the way to wisecracking Freddy here in the little time he is in it. Seriously if you are a true fan you will skip this one or if you can find it for under a fiver get it dont pay more for this. If there is one thing that saves this film its the addition of a couple of new cenobites...including the long lost Chatterer who was executed in the 2nd movie. Gary Tunnicliffe did a great job with the make-up and FX sadly this sequel did nothing for the franchise.

verry good film seen alot of the hellraiser film alot of them good but as always there some not so good but this film like i say is good

Lance Hendrickson is an excellent actor with a skillful presence that can usually save any film. He reminds me of Peter Cushing, putting his heart into every job he gets no matter how bad the surroundings are.
However, he cannot save this.
This is the film that killed the Hellraiser run. A shame really, since Hellseeker and Deader were really picking up the ball and running again. This one is a foolish attempt to merge a slasher with a dream logic which only Lance and Doug Bradley try to hold together.
The story is quite well known, and the fact it isn't really much of a story.
Hellworld is, in a nutshell, a sad echo of what was a decent series.
However, he cannot save this.

An absolute piece of trash, I sincerely hope no one, and those which are fans of hellraiser such as myself, DO NOT watch nor even contimplaint purchasing this piece of rubbish. Read more
