5.0 out of 5 stars great book - really helpful 1 Feb 2008
really liked this haccp guide - it made a lot of sense and had a lot of suggestions and ideas that helped me get my haccp in order. Other books i have read have been harder to read, but this one was easy and actually interesting.

The layout was colourful and had photos which also helped.

I highly recommend this book to anyone using HACCP in their business.

I also bought this workbook for my staff: HACCP Made Easy, its simpler and like a mini-training course so now they all have one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just what was needed 25 Feb 2012
Purchased to be read, by the manageress, and then made available to all staff (as an easy reference)at a busy farm shop. The book is ideal for this. It is well laid out and the information easy to digest.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good second hand buy. 5 July 2009
This book is fit for purpose. I'm glad I went for the second hand option as the price for a new one is a little high in my opinion? That said prices for such texts often are high.
