And I mean that in a good way. I had mopped my floors with an ordinary mop two days before trying out my new h2o mop x5 so didn't expect to get quite so much dirt!!! I have a large mucky dog so thought this would be a good idea so I could get the floors clean before she ran back through the wet and it works. There is a little water -what do people complaining think steam is made of- but it dries in minutes and doesn't need wiping dry!
It is well worth buying the attachments to make best use of it and I have already used it to clean floors, kitchen cupboards, oven, shower and bathroom tiles and a part from needing some practice with the window cleaning attachment all seems to be going well.
It does get heavy when using the hand held body and the mop handle could have been made more sturdy but I am getting used to this and each time I use it my house looks shinier and shinier. I love the product, would love it more if it came with a storage system for all the different bits, it's well worth getting the accessories pack and shop around as Amazon for once are very expensive-QVC!

Thought initially I could get this mop at a lesser price elsewhere, but it did not come with the accessory pack......
The mop really does what it claims.
All my floors, wood,laminate and tiles have never looked so clean.
The steam does leave the surface wet but so does a normal mop....
So easy to use. Idiot proof guide easy to follow to get started.
Haven't tried all the gadgets yet, but am sure they will be ok.
Have told all my friends about it and they are considering buying one.
If you are in half a mind to get a steam mop get this one.
You will not be disappointed...

Bought this for my daughter who has two young children and an elderly dog who has 'accidents'. She reports the steamer is superb and so far does everything they advertise on TV.
She had many years of blackened grout in the bathroom and she sent me before and after photos and there is a huge difference with only the very very oldest and deepest blackness not going completely but even so, they are only very slightly discoloured now and the rest is sparkling white once more and with very little effort.
She has done the livingroom and kitchen floors and the next job is the windows and that is all in a few hours!
We would, and will, recommend this cleaner to everyone.
