Slightly disappointing,

As an avid reader of Gut Reaction I couldn't wait to read the eating plan, however I was disappointed to find much of the info in Gut Reaction repeated. I was expecting a much more comprehensive choice of eating plans and recipes. That said the recipes are delicious but I would only recommend to readers who have struggled for recipe/menu ideas having read the first book, or for those that haven't read Gut Reaction.

This book is basically The Gut Bible. Lots of interesting facts & some great advice. A must for anyone who wants to look after themselves.
