Gong ho is a very interesting and entertaining film
Gung ho shows a ruthless Japanese corporation taking over another company and being ruthless This film is interesting because the cold selfish attitudes shown by the Japanese business men can be seen in modern western companies. The large business owners do NOT care about the workers. The rich business people have no empathy and simply push the poor worker until breaking point A very good film worth renting and buying

My MBA lecturer always told me that succesful management must always incorporate culture. The work ethic of the average American is promoted by this film, where Japanese corporate values of teamwork and unified corporate vision is displayed in the climatic episode during the struggle of blue collar labor. The universal morals and ethics involved in competition is further dwelt upon by the producers involvement of team softball. Piting the Japanese verse the Americans, where the Americas display zealous competitive attitude while the Japanese focus on team work and organization skills as reflected by their family and corporate culture.
