The noise is incessant, the graphics make your eyes water, it is impossible for anyone else to be in the room while you play. I love it. More games should be as joyfully mindless as this.

Wow... I didnt think you could get that feel of the original Gunblade coin-op on an home console but the Wii Zapper proved me wrong. Its excellent fun. The only slight negative about gunblade is that you do need a decent sized tv to get the full benefit, but if you have got say a 40inch tv or above its ace, dont hesitate. If you want a tip though... get a proper nintendo zapper gun along with the game if you dont already have one that is, because it makes the shooting experience a whole lot better, or get two zapper's if you can afford it because Gunblade is also good fun with a mate for a quick 30-min blasting session after the pub. Awesome fun.

These games are exciting and immersive and just what is needed for a quick bit of destructive action.
Neither game lasts particularly long but they are both bright and exciting and make good use of the Wii hardware/ The slightly dated graphics do not detract from the enjoyment at all.
I think it's a bit of a hidden gem as not many people know about this game.
Buy and enjoy! :)

Luckily the Wii found itself home to some of the best 90's arcade light gun games. This is one of them. Ghost squad was great, House of the Dead, Resident Evil Darkside and Dead Space are fantastic and this is brilliant. No plot, just lightspeed action, bright sega graphics and non stop shooting. Absolutely perfect for 2 players with half an hour to spare.
On a big tv this transports you back in time to the arcade. For the perfect experience just make your floor sticky and pump in some stale cigarette smoke.
