Simply put, I bought this book because it gives methods and procedures for producing EIV Reports. Which is the business that i am in. Most Local Authority Planning Depts usually state that when an EIV is required it should be produced in accordance with the guidelines etc, in this book. It is well written, easy to understand and provides useful references to other areas of information. It does what it say's on the cover.
