What a fantastic,well written and informative book .I used it while studying reflexology and found it a valuable tool in setting up my business ,forewarned and forearmed !Many thaks to Elaine Aldred for a fine piece of work that proved an essential tool for starting up my enterpriset and I still refer back to it today and recommend it to friends in the C&A Therapy field .
