Product Description

Review

This book is one of my most-used books on homeopathy. It includes a wide range of all the methodologies that can be applied. It reminds us that whilst classical homeopathy can be fantastic, it is only a tool, and there are many other tools we can use. It talks about organ remedies, Eizyagas layers, nosodes, the Chakras and many more and I think it is essential for any homeopath to have this book. Ian Watson writes in an easy-to-read style and provides good case examples of each methodology. It is refreshing to see an author take an open-minded view and show us that there are many ways to approach a case. I can't recommend it enough. A. Heffron (reviewed on Amazon UK)

Format:Paperback
Ian Watson has given homoeopathy what it has long been crying out for: an explanation for the various methods of treating clients homoeopathically. He explains the different techniques that different homoeopaths have employed when trying to find the best remedy. So many books and colleges glaze over methods and this is the only book dedicated to explaining the different ways a homoeopath can approach a case. It helps to focus the homoeopath on what they are seeking to treat and the best way to do that.

The book is not ideal, as there needs to be a bit more structure and some of the explanations could be clearer. What is really missing is the typical applications for each method to help guide practitioners and students alike in selecting the right method for the client.

Bravo Ian Watson for putting to print what has been overlooked for way too long in homoeopathy. It's one of my favourite homoeopathic books.

Great information 20 May 2007
By Joyce I. Gibson - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
This book covers familiar topics, but also topics that I have not found else where, such as Tautopathy, intutive prescribing and polypharmacy. I have not read the whole book, but find it to be a good additional reference book.
