This book has guided me in my first three years of bee keeping, helping me in establishing two out apiaries, and currently seven colonies at my home apiary. Known as the 'bee keepers bible' this book covers a wide range of topics from honey bee biology to sucessfully managing an entire apiary. A useful guide for existing bee keepers but probably a little complex for the beginner.

There are many good beekeeping books on the market but this is the one that Bridgend Beekeepers recommend to all its new members.If you are looking for a good book to get started and still be useful to you when your beekeeping knowledge has increased then this is the one to buy.
