5.0 out of 5 stars About Time, 27 Sep 2006
By Blunderwoman (London UK) - See all my reviews
After 10 years of trying to get my head around Compression, Frequency Slots and Gate Reverb etc.. this book made it all clear in a matter of days. The writer doesn't do the usual "I'm clever and know loads of fancy techno-babble" thing, in fact he often pours distain on those kind of show-offs and poseurs.

Having just applied his techniques to some of my old recordings, I was amazed at the difference.

An excellent gift for someone if you don't need it yourself.
