My wife and I both found that the mill was very difficult to use and was not effective. However the service was very good and we after emailing the supplier with our feedback they promptly arranged for us to send the product back. Soon after our money was credited back.
nnot very pleased with this product..i wish i had listened to reviews...does not grind, as food does not stay under the blade...
