Since the chinese have taken over manufacturing from the west there has been one word that has disappeared from our vocabulary EMBARRASSMENT.How could Grundig release a remote control that does not control a Grundig television? I have tried it on three with no sucess. The website for Grundig shows home theatre systems and not much else. All the audio-visual forums suggest you use the auto search function to let the remote find the code itself but it just flickers for half an hour and does nothing. This is the eighth one for all remote control I have tried and barring the Cambridge M1 is definitely the worst though every manufacturer seems to be fighting very hard to win the reputation for uselessness. And these particular morons think that making it extra slim with tiny buttons is a positive selling point.For whom? The seven pals of Snow White?
