Review

"The Business Growth and Development Programme was a turning point for my business and my career. This book, like the programme, is priceless—a true must-read for every ambitious entrepreneur!"

--Lord Bilimoria CBE DL, founder and Chairman of Cobra Beer

"BGP was a massive help to me in growing my business. This new book is a fantastically valuable reminder of much of the key content of the programme and the assignments provide a great way to review my strategy for the next stage of growth. I have no hesitation in recommending both the BGP programme and this book to any ambitious owner manager."

--Lara Morgan, CEO and top banana, Pacific Direct

"Growing Your Business is a route map for entrepreneurs seeking dramatic, profitable growth. The programme on which it is based increased the value of Go Ape! by £30 million in 5 minutes. It is well worth a read!"

--Tristram Mayhew, Chief Gorilla, Go Ape!

BGP program in a book 29 Oct 2009
By Steve U
Format:Paperback
This book contains much of the content of the Cranfield Business Growth Program (although, of course, not the discussions with other participants)and is a useful resource to refresh/remind yourself of the wide range of topics covered. Excellent for dipping into as and when you need to. Highly recommended. I got one free on the BGP program but bought another for my partners to educate my partners and so help them understand the ideas I put forward follwing attending the program.

Growing Your Business: A Handbook for... 12 Sep 2010
By Mike, Small Business Owner - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
A true handbook for business owners.
As an owner of a small but growing business, which began five years ago, this is much needed information. Very pratical and valuable tools, which are backed up with real life examples.

With recently beginning another new unrelated business, I plan to complete each assignment of each chapter.
If you own your own small business this is an excellent read. If you are in the first part of your business after start-up, read this book.
