The book was necessary for a course I am taking but it was interesting none the less. It's interesting to try to understand group dynamics as we are associated with groups in most of our everyday situations. Even in a line waiting at the DMV we are a part of a group that wishes to get a license or get an accident report etc. I was satisfied with the purchase and the delivery time and will continue to shop Amazon.

I had to purchase this book for a group facilitation course I was taking. I found it not only to be useful for group facilitation strategies but also an effective guide for learning leadership and teamwork ideas. The authors used many different resources to bring out the best resource for engaging in effective leadership. I am so sorry this book is no longer in print. I have referred it to many of my colleagues and hope that it will remain available for purchase. I garnered many useful ideas that I have been implementing in my work with adults.

A classic book about groups- EXCELLENT resource

The authors have been around for a long time, but they still have fresh ideas. Anyone interested in the complexity of groups, should read this book. It is wonderful.
