It is great - we had no problems putting it together the 4 wheels provide great stability and the scooter is well made
they love scooting around and for 2 yr olds have exceptional scooting skills!
have recommended this to more of my friends as it really is great for getting the kids outside and moving!
The scooter is the perfect size for him and looks like it will still have plenty of growing room for him in the future. At present we have it set up with the four wheels on it but he has already pretty much mastered the four wheels in a week and so we will be changing it to three wheels soon. The colours are perfect and my son absolutely loves the scooter and I really like the idea that it can change from four wheels to three wheels to two wheels and so I think it is brilliant value for money.
The scooter took my husband about ten minutes to build but he did use his own tools to build it and didn't experience any issues. The scooter even collapses for storage. The handles are nicely padded and the wheels run smoothly on both short grass and harder pathways etc. My one and only niggles about the scooter are that the sticker on the front was already ripped when it arrived and the ones on the handlebar ends were not stuck down properly and so subsequently one of them has already become ragged. This obviously don't affect the scooter but when you buy something brand new I think you expect to receive it in perfect condition.
Brilliant idea to grow with your child and their skill level and my son absolutely loves his scooter and I shall be buying the pink version for my daughter when she is old enough.
On paper this thing looks great it has adjustable wheels to suit your growing child, folds compact(ish), a bit different from the silver ones you see everywhere and it looks a lot sturdier than some.
Yesterday when I recieved it I took it from the box to build it, this was hard work because the parts don't seem to fit together properly. The instructions are difficult to use as it is literally just one picture showing you where to put bolts, nuts and screws no numbers to show you which to do first or even a step by step guide. Personally I think that is a bit shocking.
The wheels were easy enough to get on, although be warned they are greased so you may get greasy hands, but the pole that you attach the handle too is a painto use it has a sticker round it to say where the minimum insert is this is about 4 inches up the handle but we could only get it in about 1.5inches before it jammed in and will not budge either way. I called Ozbozz to get told it would be fine as long as I secure the bolt round it which is also a pain to get on and as the handle was jammed in aslong as it was'nt wobbling it is safe to use and I have to say I am glad that the handle did'nt go all the way down to the minimum line because the handle is the perfect height for my 3YO so I would'nt bother worrying about that TBH it's safe enough.Read more ›
