The sledge is probably the same one as the 'Huge 1 Meter Sledge' but obvoiusly this is cheaper. Its about 1 meter long, around 50cm wide at its widest and 30cm wide at its narrowest. The bit of string that comes with it is more than long enough to pull the sledge when standing up.
Also its more than strong enough to carry me and i weigh about 11.5 stone.

However, just to point out im not going to be using it for sledging. Its going to be a festival tool to carry everything to the campsite from the car (people often use weak little trolleys but i'd thought i'd try this) and this sledge is easily strong and big enough to carry things like tents and beer crates etc. Also its cheap enough that if it gets nicked at the festival you wont care.

I bought 2 of these, one for son & one for daughter. They had lots of fun being pulled around & having a go down a hill on them. I think the sledges may help build great ballance & coordination (& snow types & slope judging skills. These sledges stack together which is great for storage. I can put water bucket in each of these sledges to move the water in the snow if the water trough freezes & they are just strong enough for us 'oldies' to have a go with! If we lived in a snowy area (lots of snow & sledging) I would get a more substantial, robust, (expensive) sledge.
