Brilliant! 1 Mar 2009
Tension Level:Light Tension (Blue)
I purchased the Gripmaster after breaking a finger with a view (and the need!) to do physio exercises at home. It is easy to hold and because of the design, you are able to do several forms of exercise on the hand / fingers (e.g. all of the fingers at once or on an individual basis) which is ideal for my condition. My physiotherapist also uses the Gripmaster, so another endorsement as to the versatility of this item. Strongly recommended and well worth the money.

Good Product 4 Nov 2010
Tension Level:Medium Tension ( Red)
Been using this for a few months due to sore hands/wrists strain from riding motorcycles.

Pain was getting to the point that I could not ride anymore.

Doctor and physio said "nothing I could do but rest it" and "probably a injury for life"

Never heard so much rubbish in my life.

Dont rest, exorcise. This exorcisor got me back on my bike in a few weeks. not had any pain since.

I used medium tention, getting hard one next time.

Highly reccomended

i used this (blue strength code) to recover from carpal tunnel surgery and i'm still using it daily as an exercise

versatile and silent, you can use it anywhere without annoyance (unlike the equally good nsd powerball gyro exerciser)

i am convinced my recovery from surgery was speeded up maybe 30% by using this
