This charger works well, though I purchased if to charge my iPhone when using it as a GPS in a cradle on the windscreen and found the cable is really too short for this. I have to wrap the end of the coiled lead around the cradle to ensure it doesn't pull the charger end downwards in the sockets (and potentially damage the iphone). I would advise if you are using this for charging your device in the centre console this is perfect, but for screen based use, I'd probably look at alternatives. Shame, because the build quality and look is excellent.

Really well packaged, nice quality produce. But please beware, this not compatible with IPhone 4. It would charge my IPod Classic but not the Iphone 4.

Lead too short
The charger works fine but I bought it so I could use mt iPhone as a satnav but the lead is so short that its stretched taut right across the gear lever. Read more

Doesn't work
Its to big to fit in my cars charger socket (pulled socket out when removing) and doesn't stay charging - won't stay clicked into phone. Read more

Better than cheaper alternatives
Had this for couple of months. So far so good. only short coming is the short(ish) lead. However, feels a lot more robust than previous cheaper charger.
