This product is awful ...... do not buy .... the included apple headphones are far far better..... I returned the item because it is so bad.

I have this car accessory and it is very very useful and effective. It is true, sometimes my voice does not travel very well, but it does and if I speak a little louder people can hear me. I have not found another accessory with the same functionality so it is as good as it can get.
