When I bought these, I was amazed. Worked well and all.
Now, I am not so impressed. A few months down the line, the inside wire seems to have broken. The outer casing has not broken, just the inside. This means that I have to constantly jiggle the wire about to get one of the sides to work. It is getting worse every day - its harder to get both ears to work and soon neither will work I expect.
They could do with thickening the wires - I bought a pair of earphones from poundland as a temporary solution until I can get some better earphones.
If you want to just test out what these types of earphones are like, or dont mind buying another set a few months down the line, then go for it. If you expect them to last, then dont.

I had my first set around a year.. before one of the wire cores became intermittent. Using them everday for the journey to work and jogging occasionally.
But I have just ordered my second pair of these.. and a set for my girlfirend. The sound is very good, especially for base, and they are comfortable and keep the sound personal due to the in ear design.
For a tenner.. if they break in 6 months, I'll buy a new pair !

For the price, the sound quality is good (better than iPod phones), and the fit is excellent (great for small ears with the smaller covers fitting snugly enough to run with these phones).
However, 6 months down the line and the protective wire has broken in several places, exposing the inner wires. So they're on their last legs, and I'll be trying another brand to see if they last longer.
