I've had this a while and have continually had problems getting it to stick securely. Yes I perfectly understand how it works but can't make it work reliably. The screw which turns to tighten/loosen suction is hard to turn and feels a bit gritty too - the others on the ball joints are fine. I've managed to get it onto its plastic disc with some success, but never got it attached to the windscreen for more than a minute or two before it falls off. The plastic disc is now failing to stick to the dashboard and I'm getting richly fed up with catching the whole caboodle as it falls off! On the positive side the holder into which the iphone snaps is very well designed though it can be a little tricky to make it release until you get the art.

This is excellent. Sticks ridgidly and doesn't move. Portrait or landscape and not too bulky. Would highly recommend this.

If you are looking for an iphone cradle for your car this is the one to get.
I was a little sceptical of how good the suction would be, but it sucks to the window with incredible strength! I don't know how other reviewers have had problems, the only thing i can think of is that they are turning the locking wheel in the wrong direction... or not at all. It is different than other window suction products because you need to turn a wheel to make it stick to the window, but believe me, it is stronger than any other window mount i have ever owned!
Comes with holders for the ipod touch, iphone 3g/3gs and the original iphone, and an extra section to extend the arm!

Waste of money
This product is rubbish. It does not stick to the window or the dashboard. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

I was pleased with this item.
Easy to fit onto my deep window, as the extension worked well. My iPod 4th generation fitted into it nicely with it's gel case. Stayed attached to the window.

Don't bother
