When I first read this book I felt a huge sense of relief. The powerful examples of bereaved children's work, honest words and fun and exciting activities in the workbook are a fantastic way to promote conversations about death between children and adults which is often perceived as a taboo in British culture.
I would highly recommend this workbook to anyone who is in contact with/ is a bereaved child. My father died at 16 from cancer. I only discovered this book recently. I am now 21 and the ideas and thinking behind it have helped me beyond measure particularly the notion of a spiral of grief. This has changed my whole outlook on grief and bereavement.
Thank you!
