Product Description

Synopsis

Sit back with a sundowner and be inspired by Rory and Sandra's bluewater cruise to the Caribbean and Pacific Islands in their Nicholson 35. This book is a catalogue of rewarding experience from swimming with Darwin's seals in the Galapagos to feeding the stingrays in Bora Bora. The book tells the story of the author's Bluewater cruise from the Greenwich Meridian in London to the International Dateline in the South Pacific. This is a sequel to the previous cruising book, 'Managing Your Bluewater Cruise', which is a preparation guide for those who want to go cruising. By contrast, this book is the personal story of the trip and experiences, together with a discussion about the yacht and its equipment.

3.0 out of 5 stars Titanic without the ending. 5 Jun 2011
I must say I was driven to tears for all the wrong reasons when I first tried to read this book. However, when I had consumed three bottles of wine and read it jackanory style in front of friends and familly it was an absolute hoot. League of Gentleman meets Posseidon Adventures goes somewhere to describing the fun we had!
I should have realised when I saw the cover that this book was going to be out of this world.
