There are, no doubt, some great recipes in here, and i'd recommend it to any vegetarians/vegans out there looking to go on a truly healthy diet, however, if you're not vegetarian/vegan, i wouldn't bother, despite being free. the recipes in his other meals e-book are quite similar but tastier (IMO, of course) and, if you're bodybuilding, substantially higher in protein.

I found the book informative and easy to read. It did not dwell on calorific values, more on healthy foods. It would be helpful for your British readers to have the measurements in pounds and ounces rather than cups but I will try some of the recipes as they sound delicious. Thank you.
